If you’ve received services from East Thames recently you may have received a text message afterwards asking you to rate our performance.

We’re working hard to improve our services to you, and we’d love to hear what your thoughts are, good or bad. By telling us what you really think, you’ll be at the heart of any service improvements we make.

Our text message surveys are quick and secure, and if you raise an issue as a result of the survey we’ll call you back within two working days to find out more and let you know what we’re doing to fix it.
